Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries and software-development services offered directly by ZeltaBits Labs (“we”, “us”). By accepting a written quotation or asking us to begin a project, you agree to the terms described here and in the project-specific written agreement or quotation.

1. Services and project scope

Services may include Android application development, website development, UI/UX design, maintenance and related software work. The precise deliverables, milestones, estimated schedule, price and assumptions will be stated in a written quotation or project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and schedule.

2. Pricing, quotations and payments

Our Pricing page lists indicative starting prices for defined starter scopes. These are starting prices, not guaranteed final prices for every project. Complete apps, integrations and projects outside a starter scope are quoted individually. The final scope, deliverables, price, taxes if applicable, payment schedule, any advance and accepted payment method will be confirmed in writing before payment or work begins. No payment is collected directly on this website. Payment instructions are shared only after the project scope and quotation are agreed. Work may begin after acceptance of the quote and receipt of any agreed advance. Applicable payment-provider or bank processing times and charges may apply.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful content and any access or materials needed for the project. You must have rights to materials you provide and must not request unlawful, infringing or harmful functionality.

4. Delivery, review and changes

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. You should review deliverables and report issues against the agreed scope promptly. New features, changes in requirements or delays in receiving necessary materials may affect cost and timing.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables, source code, designs and third-party components will be described in the accepted written quote or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, pre-existing tools, reusable know-how and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licences. We do not transfer rights that we do not own.

6. Third-party services

Apps and websites may depend on third-party platforms, hosting, app stores, APIs or payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We do not control their independent decisions, fees or processing times. We accept payments only for our own agreed services and do not collect or settle funds on behalf of clients or unrelated third parties.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation requests and refund eligibility are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any project-specific written agreement, subject to applicable law.

8. Support and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or problems caused by third-party services, inaccurate client-provided information or use outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates and applicable law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version applicable to a particular project may also be stated in its accepted written agreement. These terms are subject to applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
